Collection & Delivery

Terms & conditions for Petissier.sg are detailed below.

By making payment, it will be deemed that the terms are understood and accepted as applying to your order. 

Self collection 

1. Please Whatapp sales (Yhana) to confirm date and time from the pickup location.

2. Please provide your name, order number and content of your order during collection.

3. All orders have to be placed min. 2 days in advance. There will be no ready products in-store.

4. Last Pickup Time will be 6pm daily, except PH & PH eve.

If there are no arrangements between you and our sales team, uncollected cakes will be disposed by the end of the day, 6PM.

Standard Delivery Service ( Lead time 2 days advance )

  • Petissier.sg provide a nominal fee of $15 for delivery to residential addresses.

  • All orders must at least be placed minimum 2 days (48hrs) in advance. We do not accept rushed orders.

  • Our delivery standard time slot will be : Delivery ( 2 hour time slot between 9am-6pm, no fixed slots )

  • Standard delivery to Residential address only @ $15/per location

  • Standard delivery to special locations (malls, restaurants, hotels, offshore islands, etc) @ $20

**Our sales team will contact you if there are further charges (depending on location)

  • For any change of delivery to self collection requested by the customer, delivery fee will not be refunded.

Eve / day of Public Holiday Delivery ( Lead time 2 days advance )

  • Holiday delivery to Residential address only @ $20/per location

  • Holiday delivery to special locations (malls, restaurants, hotels, offshore islands, etc) @ $25

**Our sales team will contact you if there are further charges (depending on location)

  • All orders must at least be 2 days advance lead time . We do not accept rush order during this time .

  • Delivery ( 2 hour time slot between 9am-6pm, no fixed slots )

  • For any change of delivery to self collection requested by the customer, delivery fee will not be refunded.

** We partner with a third-party delivery company for all our delivery services. Hence, standard delivery slots will be between 10am-4pm only. If you need it at a specific time slot, we recommend our customers to arrange your own courier service to pick it up from us. Do let us know beforehand. Your driver should be aware of your order number, name and contact number for verification.

Eve / day of Public Holiday Delivery ( Lead time 2 days advance )

  • No response from recipient:

  • In the occasion whereby the recipient does not respond to our drivers arrival, calls and text. Our driver will leave the delivery location  after 10mins. The cake will then be disposed afterwards. Refunds will not be applicable in this case and order will be marked as completed.

  • We strongly advise to have someone available at home/delivery address to receive the cake(s)

  • Delivery to condo - Kindly ensure that your mobiles are reachable. Our drivers must be able to reach you if they have any issues navigating your unit or if they have any issues with the intercom.  ​

  • Delivery to restaurants/hotels:

  • Kindly provide us with the name (as per your reservation) and reservation/booking number (hotels) 

  • Please contact the restaurant/hotel to expect the delivery and receive it on your behalf.

  • In the occasion whereby the restaurant/hotel refuse to receive your order on your behalf, our drivers will contact you. If a reroute is required, an additional fee ($20-30 depending on location) will be incurred. If our drivers are unable to contact you, the cake will be disposed and order will be marked as completed. Refunds will not be applicable.​

  • Accidents/Traffic Jam:

  • In unfortunate occasions like accidents and bad traffic jams, we will contact you immediately.

  • If cakes are damaged, we will have them redone and delivered to you as soon as possible.

  • We will try our best to have your cakes delivered within the delivery timing.​

  • Damaged cakes:

  • Kindly check your orders upon arrival. Kindly decline the cake immediately if the order is delivered wrongly.

  • Please contact us immediately for any cake damages.

  • Damages should be reported within the same working day before 6pm or it will be disregarded.

  • All cakes are checked before delivery. 

  • Damaged done by recipient will not be compensated.
